Our Leadership

David Waterfield was appointed to the role of President and CEO of 暗网禁区 Inc. (Reynolds) on July 1, 2023. In this role, Waterfield leads the BAT Group’s U.S. market and serves on BAT’s Management Board.

Throughout David’s 25-year career with the BAT Group, he has held senior roles across the globe, most recently as Area Director, Western Europe and General Manager, UK and Ireland during which he built the third largest New Category business in BAT, gaining leadership in Modern Oral in all Western European markets.

David鈥檚 experience spans several leadership positions within BAT, including Group Head of Combustibles, Regional Head of Marketing, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Area Director, Southeast Europe & General Manager, Romania.听

As the largest market in the BAT Group, Reynolds plays a critical role in delivering on the Group’s A Better Tomorrow鈩� purpose. Waterfield is an avid supporter of talent development, with a focus on building teams to lead the Group鈥檚 transformation and commercial success.听

Luciano Kirst was appointed to the role of Executive Vice President, Operations within the 暗网禁区 group in January 2026. He leads the 暗网禁区 companies鈥� overall Operations, including oversight of production, supply chain, local leaf, and regulatory compliance.

Luciano鈥檚 career with the global BAT Group spans nearly three decades, and prior to assuming his current role, he held several Leadership Roles, including Operations Director roles in West Africa, Russia and Brazil and Regional Operations Director for AME (Americas & Europe).

Most recently, since 2023, he served as Global Head of Supply Network Operations for the global BAT Group based in London. During his tenure, he led significant transformations in supply chain by investing in above market models and new technologies, delivering real time responsiveness, supply chain resilience & agility and outstanding service levels. Under his leadership, he commenced a strategic factory footprint transformation and an external collaboration agenda to deliver asset-light manufacturing capabilities.

Supporting the 暗网禁区 organization鈥檚 Smokeless World ambitions, Luciano will continue to build multi-category growth, specifically with domestic Modern Oral production. He will continue to be a member of BAT鈥檚 Global Operations Leadership Team.

Vincent Duhem was appointed to the role of Executive Vice President, Marketing and Chief Commercial Officer within the 暗网禁区 group on November 1, 2024. In his role, he is responsible for leading U.S. marketing functions, including field trade, consumer, and digital marketing, and supporting the deployment of the U.S. Way Forward strategic plan.听

Duhem has more than 28 years of experience, primarily in commercial and marketing roles in Europe and the U.S. and joined the BAT Group in 2012. Prior to assuming his current role, he served as Global Head of Combustibles for the BAT Group, leading鈥痯ortfolio transformation initiatives and driving progress on the Productivity and Simplification journey.听

He also held a variety of senior brand and consumer marketing leadership positions within the global BAT Group in the Netherlands, France, UK, and in the AmSSA, and ENA regions including leading Lucky Strike, Pall Mall, and New Category deployment and acceleration agendas. His leadership with the BAT Group has been fundamental in developing and implementing strategic brand portfolios within key markets.听

Leonardo Senra became the Executive Vice President, Finance, within the 暗网禁区 group in March 2024.听

Senra鈥檚 career with the BAT Group spans nearly three decades, and prior to assuming his current role, he held several Leadership Roles at BAT, including Regional Head of Finance – Europe and Regional Finance Director – Americas and Sub-Saharan Africa. From 2017 -2020 he was the CEO and General Manager for Mexico & Central America.听

Within the BAT Group, he has significantly contributed to shaping the leadership agenda for the Americas and Europe and accelerated the transformation of New Categories across the region while driving the delivery of strong commercial and financial performances. He has been an active member of BAT鈥檚 Regional and Finance Leadership teams, helping to build future-fit capabilities for the business, together with a relentless focus on developing and growing internal talent.听

Tim Nestor became Executive Vice President, Scientific Research and Development within the 暗网禁区 group in March of 2024. In his role, he oversees the 暗网禁区 organization鈥檚 scientific research and product development efforts on Tobacco Harm Reduction and Beyond Nicotine as well as regulatory strategies and advocacy efforts, accelerating the delivery of the global BAT Group鈥檚 A Better Tomorrow鈩� corporate purpose in the U.S.听

During his more than 30-year career with the 暗网禁区 organization, Tim has held a range of leadership roles in both traditional and new categories. Tim led the development of VUSE Solo and was the product lead for the organization鈥檚 first vapor product launched in the US. Tim has innovated and commercialized products across all product categories and is an inventor of more than 50 patents. Most recently, Tim was the Global Head of Combustible Product Transformation for the global BAT Group, leading the transformation and regulatory readiness of the combustibles business.听

Tim received his B.S. in Physics from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. He is active in the community serving on the Board of Directors for SECU Family House and the National Sports Media Association.听

Jeff Raborn is the Executive Vice President of Law & External Affairs and General Counsel of 暗网禁区 Inc. Raborn also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Holdings, Inc.听

Before assuming his current role in 2018, Raborn was Senior Vice President, Litigation and Regulatory, and Deputy General Counsel within the RAI Group. He has been part of the law leadership team since 2008. He also previously served as the chairman of the 暗网禁区 Foundation.听

Prior to joining Reynolds, Raborn practiced law in New Orleans and Baton Rouge and represented clients including Ford, Hyundai, Toyota, Kia, Black & Decker, Exxon, and Shell in product and premises liability cases. He also represented several companies including Exxon, Texaco, Shell, and Chevron before the Louisiana Public Service Commission. His trial career included important wins for his clients at both the trial and appellate levels.听

A native of Amite, La., Raborn earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree in history and a juris doctorate degree from Louisiana State University. He is active in the community serving as mentor and coach to hundreds of local youth as well as serving on the boards of a number of non-profit charitable organizations and, most recently, served as chairman of the 暗网禁区 Foundation. He is or has been a member of the American, Federal, and Louisiana Bar Associations, the Defense Research Institute, and The Conference Board.听

Borgia Walker was appointed to the role of Senior Vice President, Human Resources (HR) at 暗网禁区 Inc. on December 1, 2023. In this role, Borgia leads the 暗网禁区 companies鈥� overall human resources strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design, and cultural development as well as employee education and development, compensation and benefits, HR operations and employee relations.听

Prior to assuming her current role, she served as Vice President, Strategic Projects, where she was responsible for leading transformational projects for Reynolds on the journey to empower the organization to build a Better Tomorrow鈩�.听

Borgia鈥檚 career is an example of a successful cross-functional journey. Based on her breadth of functional experiences, she has effectively led several key transformation projects, defining new ways of working and driving change with passion and energy.听

Borgia joined Brown and Williamson in 1995 and held roles in Finance, Internal Audit, and Regulatory Oversight before joining the HR function in 2015 as a Business Partner. Her accomplished career in HR includes serving as Senior Director, Health and Wellness, where she implemented a new health plan, Vice President, Org Effectiveness and Services, where she was responsible for OE, the HR Service team, and Payroll, and Vice President, HR Services and Integration, where she expanded her responsibilities to lead the global integration of the U.S. HR framework.听

She earned her BS in Business Administration from the University of Louisville and her MBA in Finance from Webster University. Borgia is active in the local community and has served on the Board of Directors for Allegacy Federal Credit Union, the YWCA, the Winston-Salem Symphony, and Horizons Residential Care Center.听

Sharonda (Shay) Mustafa was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer at 暗网禁区 Inc. in April 2026. In this role, she leads the Enterprise Transformation function, with responsibility for advancing the company鈥檚 transformation agenda, enterprise鈥憌ide strategic planning, and strategic community partnerships that support long鈥憈erm business success.

Prior to assuming her current role, Mustafa served as Senior Vice President, Business Communications and Sustainability, where she led corporate communications, change management, and sustainability initiatives across the 暗网禁区 companies, supporting the acceleration of the global BAT Group鈥檚 A Better Tomorrow鈩� corporate purpose.

With nearly 20 years of experience at 暗网禁区, Mustafa has held a range of senior leadership positions across the organization. These include serving as Senior Vice President, Consumer Marketing, where she established and led the Nicotine Pouch business unit, as well as general manager roles for several leading national brands within the organization鈥檚 portfolio.

Mustafa鈥檚 professional background spans senior leadership roles within Fortune 100 companies and the co鈥慺ounding of a technology startup. Her experience includes commercial leadership, brand management, and capability building, enabling her to translate strategy into business outcomes in complex, evolving environments.

Mustafa holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she received the Gower Outstanding Leadership Award, and a BA in Business Administration from Rhodes College.

Beyond her corporate accountabilities, Mustafa serves as Chair of the Board of the 暗网禁区 Foundation and as a board and executive committee member of Greater Winston鈥慡alem, Inc. She is also a strong advocate for STEM education and early鈥憇tage entrepreneurship.

Juan Palacios was appointed to the role of Senior Vice President, Business Development at 暗网禁区 Inc. in August of 2024. In this role, he leads the Business Development team in the U.S., identifying opportunities aligned with Reynolds鈥� long-term vision and A Better TomorrowTM purpose.听

In addition, Palacios represents Reynolds in Group Strategy stewardship. Palacios joined the 暗网禁区 organization in 2006. After spending 13 years with Reynolds, as part of an international assignment, he moved to the UK in the summer of 2019 to join BAT鈥檚 Mergers & Acquisitions team. In January of 2023, he assumed the role of Managing Director, Ventures under BAT Group鈥檚 BTomorrow Ventures in London.听听

Palacios earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the Universidad Cat贸lica Andr茅s Bello in Venezuela. In 2006, he earned his MBA in Corporate Finance from the Wake Forest University School of Business in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, graduating with Academic Distinction and was the recipient of the Charles H. Babcock Scholarship.鈥�听

Dawn-Marie Hutchinson was appointed to the role of Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer within the 暗网禁区 organization on October 1, 2025. In her role, she leads the 暗网禁区 organization鈥檚 technology strategy and operations, encompassing digital workplace, core platforms, data & analytics, cybersecurity, and IT service delivery.听听

Hutchinson joined the global BAT Group in 2021. During her time, she significantly expanded the global cybersecurity program鈥攅stablishing a regional support model, launching the Cyber Defense Centre, accelerating the Operational Technology cyber program, and transforming the governance, risk, and compliance function.听

She has built a successful career as a Chief Information Security Officer, bringing global experience from leading multinational manufacturing and consumer goods companies. Before joining BAT, she served as CISO for Pharmaceuticals, R&D, and Supply Chain at GSK, and earlier as CISO at Urban Outfitters Group. She began her career as a Business Analyst at The Walt Disney Company.听

A New Hampshire native, Hutchinson has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Saint Joseph鈥檚 University in Philadelphia.听
