Through our interaction with hundreds of children and their families, we have inferred that they lack awareness to diverse career options available after class 12th. AIM ULTRA offers career counseling to students and helps them in streamlining their career choices.

Our Process

PERSONALIZED CAREER COUNSELING

  • A comprehensive test for measuring cognitive abilities, personality traits and vocational interest of students to help and guide them in making informed career choices.
  • Synchronization of Aptitude, Interest and Personality with career selection through psychometric assessment and interactive personalized counseling.
  • One year online access to the Career & Psychometric Information dashboard with extensive information of various professional / vocational careers and colleges in India and abroad.

 

SCHOOL CAREER COUNSELING

A four step process including a comprehensive workshop to align the students and the parents to the various career options, administer aptitude tests, assess the academic records and conduct the one-on-one interactive sessions to gather information that assists the students in making informed career decisions (can also be conducted during the Summer Vacations).

  • Psychometric Tests conducted for every student, to gain a better perspective of his/her interests, aptitude and personality in conjunction with career clusters. This involves answering a 90 min online questionnaire (provided in advance), which is then analyzed by us; (Offline testing can also be conducted in case of non-availability of internet)
    • Conducted online under the arrangements of the institution. Guidance on conduct of test will be provided to the institution by the AIM ULTRA team.
    • The links for the online site will be provided.
      • One code per child per test made available.
      • Online access to the site is recommended to be made in the school lab.
    • Career Orientation Workshops conducted along with parents to give a broad understanding of career options available in different streams;
    • One-on-One counseling at the institution for every student to chart their career path based on tests, academic records and the interests of the student.
    • One year online access to the Career & Psychometric Information dashboard with extensive information of various professional / vocational careers and colleges in India and abroad.
